About Liam

PRIME IS RUN BY ME, LIAM ARMSTRONG. I AM A CSEP CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER, NASM-Corrective Exercise specialist, AND HONOURS GRADUATE OF THE NAIT PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINER PROGRAM. as a lifelong athlete i started training bjj because i wanted a new challenge.

i’ve been studying jiu-jitsu for nearly two years and have gained an understanding of how physically demanding it can be. over that time i have applied my education to my own fitness and noticed improvements in my jiu-jitsu. with an individualized, scientific approach to strength and conditioning, i can help you reduce pain, reduce fatigue, become stronger, and better your jiu-jitsu.

my goal is to help my clients find balance in their jiu-jitsu by providing personalized fitness coaching. i am excited to work with new and long-term clients who want to better their practice and elevate jiu-jitsu as a sustainable lifestyle

PRIME IS A TRAINING SERVICE FOCUSED ON CLIENT RESULTS

My approach is simple - everyone is different and requires an individualized plan for fitness to be successful. For this reason, my programs are tailored to the unique person. If you are training jiu-jitsu you want to be able to perform at your best each and every roll without hinderance. By working together, we can create a plan that works to develop strength, build conditioning, reduce fatigue, and practice better.

PRIME was established to help BJJ practitioners better their practice through fitness training. My aim is to create plans based on your current needs and abilities to help you become stronger and more durable. If you’re doing BJJ you know that it can be hard on the body. With my knowledge and your determination, we can make your BJJ lifestyle more sustainable and enjoyable.
